1. Housekeeping a little obtrusive. Knocking on door despite the 'red' do not disturb tassel on door! 2. Amenities choice: mediocre . Products not very good - especially body lotion.

everything is great here, had a fantastic stay on this visit. the staff is consistently courteous and accommodating. the location is marvellous and amazing and they have parking onsite.

Ideal for a solo traveler seeking comfort
Had a fabulous room big enough to feel like a small apartment honestly. I was blown away by the complimentary snacks every day and the bathroom was a dream with very nice shower pressure.
Sure, it was a bit pricey but honestly worth it in every way.

Amazing building and rooms with a garden view. Quick check in & the service was top-notch! Lobby bar and amazing pool. Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.

A Premium Stay with Minor Hiccups
Staff offered a complimentary upgrade and were understanding when we faced issues with noise. Locanda Verde's food, although praised, didn't quite meet the high bar for a hotel of this caliber. Aim for a quieter room away from the corridors.
