Ideal for a solo traveler seeking comfort

Had a fabulous room big enough to feel like a small apartment honestly. I was blown away by the complimentary snacks every day and the bathroom was a dream with very nice shower pressure.

I loved the stunning courtyard garden that made me feel like I was in Tuscany. The relaxin' pool and the unique room decor really stood out for me!

The atmosphere here felt like home – cozy and welcoming. The free treats were a nice touch! But, the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit disruptive. 😅

A Premium Stay with Minor Hiccups

Enjoyed a two-night stay in a Superior King Room. Staff offered a complimentary upgrade and were understanding when we faced issues with noise. Locanda Verde's food, although praised, didn’t quite meet the high bar for a hotel of this caliber. Aim for a quieter room away from the corridors.

The pool was nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The private guest areas provided a sense of peace in a busy city.

I encountered issues with my reservation. I arrived to find no studio suite available, which was very frustrating. The front desk did not handle the situation well.

Unfortunately, noise carries quite a bit between rooms, making it hard to find peace at night. The furnishings, aside from the bed, show signs of wear and could use an upgrade. the bathroom sink design is awkwardly low for taller guests, and the overall layout of the room could feel cramped. Plus, the shower pressure in the spa was inconsistent, and after mentioning it twice, there was no fix in sight.

The stay impressed with a generously sized Deluxe King Room featuring exceptional soundproofing, ensuring peaceful nights. The complimentary snacks were a delightful touch, and the bed comfort deserves special mention. However, some amenities could have been more meticulously maintained, and the room service was occasionally slow. The breakfast options were fresh and included some fantastic Swiss cheese, but finding a table at peak hours was a challenge.

The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities, including a minibar stocked with snacks. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom had quality toiletries. The fitness center offered yoga classes and spa facilities for relaxation. I loved the cozy lounge area that was reserved just for hotel guests.

My stay was truly delightful, as I loved the handy location, just a short walk to Battery Park and the stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge, perfect for my weekend strolls. plus, the attentive service and modern amenities, including a cozy bed and an impressive bathtub made my visit even more enjoyable.

I loved the Greenwich for its cozy yet chic atmosphere. The courtyard offered a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. My room, a Superior King Room, featured stunning decor and comfortable bedding. I appreciated the thoughtful complimentary snacks and drinks, which added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely eager to help. However, I faced some issues with the dim lighting in the room. it felt unnecessarily dark even with all the lamps on. The spa experience could have been better. I encountered some inconsistent heating in the shower, which made for an uncomfortable time. The breakfast was lackluster, lacking flavor in the dishes served. I expected more given the hotel's high standards. A few more dining options would enhance the experience as well. Overall, the hotel has a charming vibe, but some tweaks in service and amenities would elevate it further.

It was a good match for a fleeting trip in New York with outstanding value for money. The complimentary snack bar had impressive choices that made the stay memorable. Try to take advantage of the pool and bar in the lounge for a nice time.
